We want your wellness essentials to arrive safely and on time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. All orders are packed with care and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Delays
SW 57th Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our control. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Wait 24 hours, as carriers may mark packages delivered early

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your order.
We accept returns on:

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via our Contact Us page. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve it promptly.
